We have nice storage spaces for lease in our barns. They rent for a very reasonable price. For example, we have a 10 foot by 11 foot space on the ground floor for $80 a month; and a 9' x 12' space on the second floor for $50 a month. They are locked, private spaces. The location (431 Hartford Avenue, Wethersfield, CT) is convenient to almost anywhere.
You can store furniture, records, books, tools and most household items. We do not permit storage of flammables like oil paint, gasoline or propane. Also, we suggest that you do not store mattresses, clothes and fabrics unless they are enclosed in something.
